Brainstorming session
A creative meeting/session to generate ideas. Whether you want to dream up a new business, artwork, service, programme or series of artworks, let's come up with ideas together. I'll facilitate the process, be your sound-board, offer suggestions, make notes, create doodles. Any ideas that come up after our session will also be shared with you post-session.

Creative Coaching: single session
A playful and supportive chat to explore different ways of expressing yourself and exploring the world around you. I encourage you to experiment and explore, and together we chat about the things holding you back - any limiting beliefs, creative blocks, self doubt or silly excuses. ANYone can be creative, we are ALL creative - we just have different levels of resistance to exploring our creativity. The tools for your exploration are up to you - these can include mud, watercolour paints, food colouring, coffee, old makeup, clay, food packaging, hair, fabric, your voice, paper, wool, wood, empty toilet rolls, water, your body movements... Everything around you can be used for creative expression, and everywhere can be your canvas! The sessions are informal, comfortable and aimed at supporting you - facilitating a process where you access the wisdom and answers that YOU hold.

Land art outing: join a group session

Create temporary art in the outdoors

After a quick introduction to get to know each other better, I'll introduce you to our site, land art as an art form, and guidelines to your creative process (including how to respect the ecosystem and leave a small impact). After a sensory tune-in with our surroundings (using our senses to look, smell, listen) we'll start playing & making - creating arrangements and visual poetry that express the dialogue you are having with your surroundings. I will make suggestions and give ideas if needed, but you are free to connect, play and create at your own pace and guided by your own creativity. You can create on your own, or work on something together with others. We'll have a look at each temporary art piece - appreciating, taking photos, and sharing thoughts that came up during the process. The site location depends on the season, the weather, and the tide.
