walking like any other day
god knows where the tunnel leads
the sky was leaden, grey
soon enough the mystery will be upon us
we stand
back when the world was young
not every day
in the dream there is a railway
hi!
is this just another ruse
smoke exits thru your mouth and nose
everyone just wants a chance
my brow furrows
receding to the sea
sailor’s faces line up like salvaged plates
i watched them land it changed me forever
oh you move through me like smoke
receding to the sea
some feelings are shallow
i had a visitor last night
the darkness grew deeper by the moment
god knows where the tunnel leads
the sky was leaden, grey
soon enough the mystery will be upon us
we stand
back when the world was young
not every day
in the dream there is a railway
hi!
is this just another ruse
smoke exits thru your mouth and nose
everyone just wants a chance
my brow furrows
receding to the sea
sailor’s faces line up like salvaged plates
i watched them land it changed me forever
oh you move through me like smoke
receding to the sea
some feelings are shallow
i had a visitor last night
the darkness grew deeper by the moment
